Spark Eliminator

Indispensable in many process systems, it acts with high performance with the aim to extinguish inflamed particles derived from the client’s processes.

Ease and low cost in particle extraction through a simple rotating valve (usually 400 x 400 mm) and guillotine valve for control are positive points in the choice of the best piece of equipment. The size of the filter may be decreased, which will be enhanced in the filtering, process and stops the sleeves from being damaged by the flames.

Increases the equipment’s useful life (high or low pressure filters) and has itself a very long one, together with extremely low or no maintenance, it is recommended in industrial processes in general.

For every spark eliminator, aside from the dimensioning process done through strict studies, a computational simulation is run to obtain a performance mock up.
